Following the Prime Minister’s recent announcement and to further protect our team and customers in light of the developing Coronavirus situation and to minimise the risks associated with spreading COVID-19, with immediate effect we will be operating on a semi-remote basis with full support from our manufacturing and logistics partners. This is the detail of our reduced service:
New Orders, Quotations & Prices
- Ad-Hoc Product & Spare Parts Orders can be placed with our Operations team in the usual manner and we will endeavour to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, we cannot provide a customer collections service at this time
- Non-Stock & Special Orders please check with our Operations team for delivery times for these items
- Quotations and Prices can be provided by our Operations team in the usual manner
Existing Orders
- Existing Orders will be delivered by our logistics partners in the usual manner. If you have questions regarding existing orders please contact one of the Operations team
Technical Assistance
- Technical Assistance can be provided by our Operations team in the usual manner
