The Shuttle system offers a modular scaffolding lift system for installing solar panels
The Shuttle is a modular scaffolding lift system designed for versatility and efficiency. It can be configured with either a Solar Set or a Carrier Set.
The Solar Set enables safe, simultaneous lifting of two solar panels, with a combined weight of up to 60 kilograms. The Carrier Set allows you to ergonomically lift materials of up to 30 kilograms at a time onto the working platform and includes its own console for seamless operation. For added convenience, the crate carrier is also compatible with the Solar Set’s console.
For the RS TOWER 51 and 54 mobile access and working towers, MiTOWER and MiTOWER PLUS, the Shuttle is only compatible with the Carrier Set version. The Shuttle lift system consists of guide profiles, a winch and various consoles. The guide profiles are easily clamped to the rungs and the winch is operated with a cordless drill.
Together with the Solar Set frame, the panel can be rotated by 90°. This allows you to safely and easily place the solar panel on the working platform.
With the Solar Set, you can safely and quickly hoist up two solar panels at the same time. When using the Solar Set, the special frame for solar panels will need to be installed.
With the Carrier Set, you can safely and ergonomically hoist all materials to your workplace on the mobile access and working tower. The Carrier Set comes with its own console and the Crate Carrier also fits on the Solar Set console. In addition to the regular mobile access and working towers, the Carrier Set can also be used in combination with the MiTOWER and MiTOWER PLUS, which can be assembled by one person.
The winch is operated with a cordless drill and can lift up to 60 kilograms. Turning the cordless drill counterclockwise lifts the console. The cap set for the cordless drill is included as standard.
