During the production process of frame spigots at our supplier’s sub-contractor, some defects were found. The defect, if it develops, could lead to a failure of the spigot whilst attaching one frame onto another during the tower assembly process.
We strongly advise against mixing tower product components from different manufacturers, firstly because of the potential risks for erectors, employers, suppliers, and users and secondly the inability to rely upon our Product Liability Insurance in the event of an accident occurring because of mixing components from different manufacturers.
In January 2022, an incident on site was reported to us. It involved a POP UP Pro IQ machine manufactured in 2015.
